Standard Returns Policy
We have designed an international solution and applied benchmark standards where you can purchase from a wide variety of local products and services online and make payments online and offline, based on your preference.
Items not Eligible for Returns
- Top Up products
- Gift Cards
- Products missing the serial code or universal product code (UPC)
- Software and game downloads, as well as other digital products
Claim notification process
- For product that are eligible for return, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will immediately receive an e-mail acknowledging your request providing you with a claim form to be filled out and returned to Shopbox. If you have questions please contact our customer care team via our website.
- Please fill out the claim form within 72 Hours and return to email@example.com.
- Return the product within 15 business days, dropping it off to a designated Shopbox pickup center across the island at no charge to you.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, the agent will proceed with a physical inspection and will document the product condition and reason for return and will collect your signature.
Claim Acceptance and Confirmation
- You will be notified by email of acceptance or denial of your claim within 2 business days of the receipt of the product.
- You will receive an email from customer care advising you of the amount that will be refunded to you
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation that credit of this amount into your account has been made.
